Return Policy

Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date they have been delivered to the customer.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is:

• In its original condition

• With all original tags attached

• Returned with the original packaging, courier receipt, invoice, and any related documentation

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is successfully received and inspected, PK Network will promptly initiate the refund to your original source of payment or your chosen method of refund.

Refund and Cancellation for Service-Based Orders

Please note:
Due to the nature of services provided by PK Network,

“NO REFUND” and “NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the payment has been successfully processed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only:

• Within 24 hours of placing the order, or

• Before the order is shipped/dispatched

Once the product has been dispatched, no cancellation will be accepted. However, return is available as per our return policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policies

PK Network ships its products across almost all parts of India.

• Order Dispatch Time: Within 24 hours of placing the order (excluding Sundays and national holidays)

• Delivery Timeframe:

  • 3–4 business days for metro cities

  • 5–10 business days for remote or rural locations

We partner with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, and India Post for timely deliveries.

Important Note:

Occasionally, due to unavoidable logistical issues (weather, strikes, transport delays), delivery may take longer than expected. In such cases:

• PK Network is not liable for the delay but will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly.

• PK Network also reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • The delivery takes an unusually long time

  • The shipment is physically untraceable

In these cases, the full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
